4 LB of our signature Knafeh Dough. This is the same dough we use to make our Knafeh in-store. This makes 24 Knafeh pieces, which is a full sheet tray.

We make our knafeh dough in-house and use the best flour money can buy. Our ingredients are imported from Al-Zahra Factory in Nablus.

Please note that this requires 4 LB of authentic nabulsi cheese.
